One More Hot Day
Overall Dry Pattern Continues This Week
Much Cooler Pattern Starts on Wednesday

TODAY  Today will be the last hot day, with afternoon high temperatures in most inland areas climbing to near 90-degrees.  (With a southwesterly breeze, it will likely be at least 10-degrees cooler near Lake Michigan, with temperatures holding in the upper 70s at the Lake Michigan beaches)  Winds will be S-SW at 5-15 mph.

TONIGHT   A bit more cloud cover is on the horizon later tonight, along with about a 30% chance of shower or sprinkle tonight or very early Wednesday morning.

MID-WEEK  Cooler air will arrive on Wednesday with afternoon temperatures in the low to mid 70’s. Wednesday midday and afternoon should be dry and noticeably less humid, as winds turn to the northwest at 10-15 mph.

THURSDAY  Thursday should be mostly sunny and pleasant with highs in the low 70s.

LATE WEEK  Friday a secondary cold front will bring a chance of a shower (again, just a chance) and temperatures only in the low-mid 60s.  (It’s certainly going to feel more like FALL, for the Football Frenzy!)

WEEKEND WEATHER    Skies should be partly to mostly sunny for the weekend.  Look for pleasant days with highs in the mid 60s to near 70 and low temperatures in the mid-upper 40s.

LOOKING AHEAD  A warmer pattern will develop by the middle of next week.  The overall dry weather pattern will last for at least the next 10 days.
